1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

3. Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to all 50 US states. Orders shipped to US territories or PO boxes may experience longer delivery times.

4. International Shipping

International shipping is available to select countries. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using the carrier’s website.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at admin@safiotagency.com. Include your order number and photos of any damage so we can resolve the issue promptly.

7. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes after an order is placed cannot be guaranteed.
