Refund and Returns Policy

At Safiot Retail, operated by The Safiot Agency LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they are:
- Unused and in original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to misuse
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at admin@safiotagency.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a return authorization.
- Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage at admin@safiotagency.com.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or card issuer first. If the issue persists, reach out to us at admin@safiotagency.com.
